Feeling Down. Try this

 Sit down, Close your eyes, take a deep breath, Clear your mind of all Unnecessary thought and let that peace and quiet wash over you.       Then let your thought process begin in an anti-clockwise manner. What brought about this, Why exactly did it happen, what is your manner of approach towards it, did you make a mistake, why did it all go Wrong, when exactly did it go wrong, did the feeling just pop in, unaware, suddenly and at a trying time. There's no other way but to continually remind yourself of how much you love yourself and how much God loves you, then proceed to forgiveness, finding the depth of the issue and admitting you made a mistake is another thought process that helps forgive yourself. Forgiving yourself enables you to let go and forgive others.  Lastly, Shun all side talks they don't define or make who you are. But make sure not to shun good counsel or advice.
